Congratulations to one of our Trustees, Mr Barrie Davies who was named in the New Year Honours List and was awarded an MBE.
As well as being a Trustee at The Trust, Barrie, who ran GB Davies Pharmacy in the north for 20 years, has been president of the St John Ambulance in Macclesfield for 25 years and was awarded an MBE for his voluntary service in the town.

It’s that time again when we are asking you to choose your favourite picture of your pet and submit it as an entry towards The Humane Research Trust’s 2014 Pet Photo Calendar Competition. Last year’s competition was a huge success, not only did it prove to be a great fundraiser, but it also increased the sales of the calendar so much so, we completely sold out!
